URGENT CALL FOR Branson Summer Tour head count !  Our Tour is in danger to not make!

All Members - MANDATORY  - Click to answer this Summer Tour Interest - 2 question survey today.  It will only take 1 minute and we need an answer from every singer and family (even if you can't go we need a reply - but we sure hope you can come!)  We have a deadline for our reservation to be held by the tour company and really need your help!

All other forms and deposits can be handled later, but we have to have a preliminary head count NOW.

Reminder -- Chorus will NOT have a rehearsal on 3/16/2026 for Spring Break.

It's TOUR TIME!
Please take time today to look at all the Branson Summer Tour Information page.  This contains all the Forms you will need and each form has all details including Hotel, Transportation, Itinerary, Performances, Meal, and more.  We really hope you will join us for a great trip to Branson this summer June 9-12th.  Each person attending tour will need to complete a Commitment Form and then you will be directed to pay your tour payments on the ticket page of our website.  I will be available during rehearsal tomorrow evening to assist with forms, answer questions and can accept payments if you prefer to pay with check or cash.

2/16 Tomorrow REHEARSAL IS IMPORTANT/MANDATORY.  (Last rehearsal before Gala)
If you don't have tickets we MUST have reserved seats NOW!  Please click HERE and get your tickets today - We have added 2 tables so that we have just a few seats remaining available but we cannot increase as we are at capacity!  It's gonna be a great event.
EVERY SINGER NEEDS TO ATTEND TOMORROW 2/16 Monday rehearsal - We need every voice!
Concert & Youth singers will have a dress rehearsal on Saturday morning at Zander's House at 10:00am-Noon.
Prelude Singers will NOT attend the morning dress rehearsal.
EVENING CALL TIMES: 
Prelude arrive at 5:20pm - rehearsal 5:30-6:00pm
Concert & Youth arrive 5:40pm rehearsal 5:45-6:00pm.
Doors Open at 6:00pm.  Festivities begin 6:30pm!

Welcome Back!  After our long winter weather week we will have our regular Monday rehearsal tomorrow at 6:30pm at CRUMC.  We have only 3 weeks practice until our Gala Concert and need everyone to attend each of these rehearsals while we learn our new music.  Please ARRIVE ON TIME so we can use every minute with every single voice!
